HOUSING INFORMATIONWAHC takes inquiries by phone (734-747-6824) and requires interested persons to fill out a standard WAHC application. Applications are available on this web site or may be picked up at the WAHC office at 701 Miller Rd. or can be mailed or faxed out by WAHC staff. Applications must be complete and documented to guarantee consideration. All of WAHC’s housing units are income restricted meaning there is a maximum income limit for each household size. WAHC also requires that applicants have a minimum level of income in order to meet rental and other living expenses. This minimum is adjusted for families that have a rental subsidy from Section 8 or another source. UNITS MANAGED BY WAHC
