HOUSING APPLICATION

All WAHC properties are subject to limitations based on family size and income. The housing application must be complete and signed by all adult applicants. All identified sources of income must be documented with attached copies of recent paystubs and/or award letters.

APPLICATION PROCESS

To complete the application process, please take the following steps:

1. Examine the list of properties under Housing Infomation.
2. Open and print the application form.
3. Complete the application in full.
4. Attach all required supporting documentation to the application.
5. Mail or fax the application and supporting documentation to WAHC, and include a $25 check (application fee) made out to Washtenaw Affordable Nonprofit Housing Corporation. Mail the check separately if submitting the application via fax.
